I love the focus on inclusivity and mental health. This is a very healthy and supportive working environment.

They are approachable and genuinely care about the employees and customer experience, not just generating revenue. They have heart.

The team is high performing but also supportive. We all want to help each other succeed rather than see it as competition or be territorial. We are ONE TEAM!

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

It is very inclusive and covers every segmentation you can think of including LQTBQ+ and neurodiversity with training, resources and encouragement to collaborate shared experience to broaden minds and open hearts.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

There is a strong and genuine support of physical and mental health. Employees are encouraged to attend webinars and events on a variety of subjects, and there are frequent opportunities to do so.

What are some of the best things about your team?

The broader teams that I work with generally care about the customer and genuinely want to partner to deliver the right outcomes and quality results. My direct team is a great group of people who appreciate each other's skills and contributions.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

My bonus allocation is no longer in line with the market. People who report to me earn more of a bonus (in % and actual $) than I do. One complaint about benefits: the penalty for spouses having access to medical insurance. It effectively makes it so I can't use ours. Either it's my benefit or not.
