Good local working conditions but with an elusive culture and below average benefits. A great job but in a company finding its feet after multiple M&A. I trust the SLT team and I hope the metamorphosis will yield results.

Approachable. Open to feedback. Energetic.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Feedback are taken into account. Management tries hard to bring people together in and outside of work. Team events are frequent.
What makes you most happy at work?
My position is amazing - lots to do and learn. Customers are easy to deal with and the purpose of my job/company is aligned with my values. It's manageable to get wins and perform well with team members dedicated enough to make it happen.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Despite over performing since my start in 2021, I have not seen a pay rise but I have seen a promotion leading to increased responsibilities and workload. A promotion should always be linked to a pay rise. This is not fair. Also showed my manager what my position is worth elsewhere (linkedin)
