Being able to make incremental changes to the ways in which we operate as a team and working with the team to try doing things a little differently even if it doesn't always work

Remain curious and be open-minded. We have a low turnover rate so some people have been with the organisation for a long time. Some have not had exposure to working in other organisations and are not open to suggestions of working in different ways. A 'clique' culture which can exclude newer people
