Collaboration is a joke at times

Be more innovative. The company is too safe, which leads to very boring work

They need to look after their staff more. It's a joke when they talk about equality when not everybody is treated the same.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The company should show the same level of loyalty to employees that have been here for a long time. Newer starters getting paid better which is a joke
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I should be at least on par with people at the same level. When you hear of the vast differences in pay, your motivation goes as you are clearly undervalued.
