Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
LexisNexis Risk Solutions is truly my home. I enjoy what I do and love the people I work with. While there are of course bad days and some really bad days like any job, overall I look forward to coming to work each day.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Family environment in our department. Very supportive.
What makes you most happy at work?
The people I work with.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They both support and challenge me on a daily basis.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are 100% collaborative. There are no egos, everyone jumps in to help everyone.
What makes you most happy at work?
Resolving difficult problems no one else can solve. Have meaningful interactions with my staff.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Although it's been reduced over the years I do appreciate the company 401(K) match. I also appreciate my bonus.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My immediate leader is amazing. She provides me the opportunities I need to be challenged and grow while also supporting me when needed.

Very collaborative and supportive. Everyone helps each other when needed. It's a true one team approach to work regardless of reporting structure or team.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is like my family. I know I can 100% trust and count on them to have my back. I'm very thankful for my team, it's the main reason I enjoy my work.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
401(k) company match is a very nice perk. I wish it was at the same level it use to be but still a nice add on. I also get a nice bonus each year as well.
