What are some of the best things about your team?

My co-workers are varied and bring different insight to problems and procedures. They are great to work with.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

The work environment created by upper management does not make me feel excited to work and I am always working in fear of making an error. More understanding, flexibility and consistency in decision makings would help.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I was underpaid for years and that was only recently corrected but it still feels under the bar for all the work and effort I do. There are always 'freezes' and budget concerns going on, so it always seems like it's not going to improve.
