Being able to solve client needs and making them happy when all is said and done.

What do you like best about the leadership team?
My direct manager cares about the team and always backs our efforts if necessary. He believes in all of us.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are open and honest and don't panic. They are responsible and are hard workers who care about client success.

We have a very diverse team in regards to tenure and knowledge. We all seem to help each other when needed.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I like the ability to earn extra money in the way of quarterly bonuses. I also like the opportunity to participate in stock options as well as company matching 401K up to 6%.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The fact that LN has folks all over the world is awesome. Being on conference calls and training sessions with folks you don't know makes it fun. Gives us the ability to create new friendships and partnerships.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
For me personally the fact that I can speak to my manager about anything work related and or job related is great. He also manages the way one would want to be managed and that is family always comes first! Very flexible and very honest.
