The team works together well and overall the team is well experienced.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Appropriate compensation is a battle. We have lost a lot of experienced people due to compensation. I enjoy working here, but I've had to bring up outside job offers twice to have any change in comp. The fact that inflation is at 9% and merit increase was 3% is a real problem. We're going backwards.
