I do not see my coworkers as a team, they are family. Everyone is there for each other we treat each other like family.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do not feel undervalued, I have never been about money, but I feel everyone should make what the market average is for that position in that location.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Leadership not only says what the values and mission of the company is but they back it up and follow them. Leadership allows the teams to explore and improve current process they promote innovative ideas.
