Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
This is the best job I have had since I retired from the military 10 years ago. I spent nearly 30 years in a very fulfilling military career. LexisNexis has been equally satisfying for me and I couldn't be happier that I am able to work for this great company.

Caring, collaboration, workspace, development, opportunities
What is the best part about your compensation package?
PTO package including Cares and Floating holiday are really great!
What makes you most happy at work?
Making a difference with customer support as well as project work to improve training, increase agent knowledge and processes.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I like the PTO although it would be great to have some sick time PTO separate from the regular PTO.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are intelligent, kind, and collaborative. We have a wide range of talents that together make for an exceptional group.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
100% invested, involved, and care for our team as a whole and individually. From the VP to Senior Director, and Director to the Managers. An exceptional group of leaders.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company is very employee centric. From top to bottom, care and concern is extended for all areas. Mental health, healthy living, community support and work/life balance are always addressed. Job skills, training sustainment and career progression are job focus.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We have a really good team. We collaborate daily and each employee strives to assist the other team members when needed. We are very diverse in geography and backgrounds. This lends itself to excellent points of view when addressing various issues.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
First of all, our leadership team is aligned from manager to VP level. This alignment provides the team with clear guidance and focus of effort. The leadership team is transparent at all levels with feedback and praise for the team. Corrections are approached from a training aspect.
