Working remotely is the only positive thing

To help the team and end business

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Although the company is doing well, the employees on the tech side are not benefitting much

I can reach out to couple of my team members in case of any assistance I need.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Benefits isn't great and the compensation is very low for the work and effort I put in. End of the day there is no motivation to perform better
