I think merit increase should have been higher due to inflation. We shouldn't discourage remote work as we can save cost if we are not travelling to work.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

I was expecting merit increases to be higher than previous year considering record level of inflation. In addition, in order to retain we should offer more flexibility like remote working but we did the opposite and asked employees to come to office more often.

Great. I think the one thing I don't like is some leadership. Not my boss but others. Some are not as encouraging and are emotionally unstable in my opinion.

Restructurings every few months. Lack of leadership experience in the Director level as a lot of them come from bug 4 consulting and have no idea how to manage people. Alpha dog mentality - agree or die. Women are super catty. This is not what you would think looking at the company name.
