i've been here 15 years and it's been positve, overall. there were definitely hiccups but i'm glad i'm here.
I've been here for almost 17 years so that's saying something - overall, I've been lucky to have great teammates & managers/leaders.
options for insurance; amazon rewards; 401k matching
they seem to genuinely care about their employees
small team, knowledgeable, willing to help if needed
it's small; members are easy to talk to
have a full schedule and feeling like i was productive
the culture is very inclusive; managers i've had have all been very supportive
It seems that positions at LN are paid less than the same/similar positions at other companies.
very flexible; i feel i have freedom to work in a way that works for me
they seem to be flexible and understanding when they can; i like that they are invested in D&I
insurance, PTO, HSA, employee matched contibutions to 401k (tho it's not as good as it used to be)
When I get to work with the people I like and when I can be helpful to them.
when i have a good, productive meeting/discussion or when i'm able to focus and make headway on a project
hard to say now that we're (or most people i work with) home-based....but people do make an effort to interact as much as they can.
my current team is very small and we are in different locations so i don't have the same kind of relationship with them that i had with my former team. my former team is wonderful and we still all get together at least quarterly, if not more.
