From a UK perspective the company has become more siloed and US focused. I previously felt that I worked in an international company and now I feel that I work for a US centric organisation. I fear that the company is very much revenue driven over quality and this has negatively impacted me

My career started positively, however recent changes have meant that colleagues are allowed to have bullying attributes to their behaviour and I believe that this is somewhat encouraged

communication at this company is poor. Internal moves are shrouded in unnecessary secrecy

Medical care is salary based, compensation is not managed in line with responsibilities

To complete tasks and add value to the processes that I am involved with

In the UK I feel that the private medical benefits is elitist. You can only qualify if you are earning a particular amount and that amount is not disclosed
