A total let down. Nothing close to what was purported at the start. A total ruse.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Management is not qualified to run an organization.

What are some of the best things about your team?

We care about each other.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Base salary commensurate with the responsibilities. If you ask us to do more, than back it up with a wage rise.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Stop lying and act exude the culture that you profess. This is the worst part of it, they are wolves in sheeps clothing.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Stop throwing ideas against a wall to see what sticks. Stop changing rules mid year. Stop wasting time with trainings from people who have no clue how to do it. Most of all have managing directors act like a professional, not an impetuous child that doesn't get their way in a toy store.
