When I started this looked like a great place to work. Now, I know they are no different than any other company out there and only care about profits while putting on a face that they care about employees.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Treat everyone as EQUAL and not that some people are special or better than others.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Ability to work together with the only issue is us making our goals. Everything else just isn't important.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Not having Equality, but being invested in equity. Being paid a fair rate compared to other companies in my area.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The company is focused on Diversity and Inclusion. Focus more on things that matter, I.e. professional development, project goals. A persons worth isn't measured by the color of their skin or who they live with.
