Great people, interesting work, but many people are overworked and underpaid

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Some of the leadership team is quite approachable

What are some of the best things about your team?

Poeple are helpful and very knowledgeable

What makes you most happy at work?

Those moments when I have the time to be creative and come up with something innovative out of my own drive

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

I like working from home mostly and then when I do go into the office, it's quite social and it's always a pleasant experience seeing everyone

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I am paid on the lower end of what my job title is worth and I don't have a clear path for progressing in my career and pay package. I've asked about this several times and have gotten only vague responses. Annual pay increases are often below inflation.
