Has been great. When our office opened and we started, the training was very thorough, so many people regularly reached out to make sure we felt supported, and the culture we have build has been great as well. We have loads of PTO, excellent managers, and an amazing solution to provide customers.

Overall, has been great. The culture is mostly pretty positive, my team and coworkers are supportive, respectful, hardworking, and fun. Our customers are the best. And the services we provide are absolutely worth the value of the cost, and actually make a positive impact for all who purchase.
What makes you most happy at work?
My teammates and my customers. My team is awesome, and my customers are amazing.

The team I work with, the customers I talk to, and having confidence in the excellent quality of the solutions we provide.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Flexible PTO, we choose what health care provider we want, and Generous Paternity/Maternity leave. They encourage us to use our PTO, as well.

We have lots of PTO available and the flexibility of having a hybrid schedule both in office and working from home is great. Plus, they encourage us to use our PTO!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Their transparency and respect for us as individuals. They do their best to play to the strengths of the people on their teams, and I feel have also managed to be incredibly transparent with what the company's successes, challenges, and growth opportunities are.
What are some of the best things about your team?
There is definitely a culture of teamwork. If someone is struggling, the rest of us pick them up, and is an individual person is succeeding, we all cheer for them. Not an "every man for themselves" culture, but more "we're all in this together".
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

We have built a really positive, welcoming, supportive culture within our team. In many sales environments, there's a feeling of "every man for themselves" cutthroat competition, but here the culture is very much "a win for one person is a win for us all" and we all work together to hit team goals.

They understand we are people with our own goals and dreams, and they understand that in order for the company to succeed as a whole, each individual needs to succeed on their own, so they do their best to make sure we all feel supported in our individual efforts, to help the company reach its goals

We all work together to hit team goals. It's not cutthroat in a sense of "every man for themselves", but a win for one is a win for all. The managers are working just as hard as we are, and it feels like everyone pulls their own weight, but that we are all on the same side.
