I love the people I work with and feel that the work is challenging in a good way. I feel that we are underpaid and the CEO of my business doesn't make the decisions that is best for the business because he's caught up in politics.

My team is very supportive of one another, not competitive, and create an open, collaborative, and positive environment.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that they seem to care about us both professionally and personally and are agile to shift priorities if needed.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Our salaries are not adjusted for inflation and our compensation does not reward those who stay. We are underpaid and yet the sales teams goes on an all expenses paid global training to learn yet another way to sell solutions for the third time that year. It would be nice if others were prioritized.
