It is ok, has much room for improvement. People need to stop thinking we are a mom-and-Pop company. We can be a 7-8B compaany if we look at how other companies grew.

Some have been here for 30-40 years and still want to be the best they can.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation is lower than market value. In talking to other peers in different companies' salaries are lower in RISK as well as bonuses.
