My teams create the positive environment. After hour get together, lunches, new technology.

Some have been here for 30-40 years and still want to be the best they can.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Compensation is lower than market value. In talking to other peers in different companies' salaries are lower in RISK as well as bonuses.
