What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Less focus on D&I and more on overall culture, skilling people up and rewarding them.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

communicate better. Personally working with all off-shore co-workers and language and cultural barriers exist, which I have raised with management.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Pay is not anywhere near inflation related in the UK. US received same 3% base rate rise in pay with vastly less inflation than UK
