It's a great company to work for, compared to other places I've worked. We've lost some of the cultural aspects after COVID. I believe hybrid work has damaged the collaborative culture.

Innovation - we are empowered to challenge the status quo and make our voices heard if we think something could be done different or better.

Sr leadership is accessible in a way that I have not seen at other companies. Bill Madison has an open door policy that he lives by.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Because of the structure of my area, there is no room to grow in responsibility and/or leadership. My options to get more responsibility are all around doing something different, which is a shame.

I've been here 10 years. There is not a lot of ways to progress in your current position. The mantra seems to be go out and find other opportunities. Very little value is placed on someone that loves what they're doing, and wants to progress through their current positon.
