Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Working extra hours, days and nights, weekdays and weekend, but no promotion in the last 12 years.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Ability to work remotely. If I had to work from office and spent time on commute instead of work the workload would be unbearable, plus it will add significant expense to my financial bottom line.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Survey does not define a co-worker. Is it someone you are organizationally grouped together, but see once a year or those in other business units with whom you interact on the daily basis? I don't think my "co-workers" need improvements. I also think we work well together.
