Cirium leadership has been crap since acquisition to RELX. I blame Cirium and RELX leadership for the state of things there.

Not worth stating because they havent changed anything that inhave seen

My job is going away in a little over a month.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Compensation. It is extremely frustrating to see that the company is doing well but we get a mere bump in raise that hasn't even covered inflation. Stop giving us lip service that you care about us. You care more about the investors and profits than you do your employees
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I am tired of the company doing the bare minimum on things that don't make money. The tools I have to use are often mediocre at best. We have all these policies we have to follow yet there is not one place I can go to see how we are doing.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Medical benefits are expensive and basic at best. I would feel better if the company actually gave raises instead of cost of living bumps that havent kept up with inflation.
