Has been a wonderful company to work for over many years. Attrition rates may be low, but I feel we have fallen behind on employee compensation.

While I believe the company has fallen behind on compensation, LN Risk remains a good place to work. I will continue to recommend the company, but it comes with a caveat of me strongly considering separation at this time.
