Learning new skills and develop talent

better pay (salary are totally far from competitors); retain policies to motivate talents, listen seriously to employees feedback

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Everyone should be able to normally work independently on a standard basis and come together to discuss new projects, ideas either virtually or in person

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Salary is too low, vision is too linked to managers wanting to show fake changes to the higher executives to justify their positions or show off, without any visible/actual improvement. Put your actions where your mouth is

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I will make sure what i do is meaningful and will not seek other opportunities. retaining best talent will increase overall the quality of our products. A decline in product quality is currently taking place but its impact on revenues will be only visible at a later moment
