What are some of the best things about your team?
Creating a good environment even as we all work virtually. I do my best to interact with them not only in our team chat but also on an individual basis.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We all have a common goal - that is to be good to each other and our customers. Support each other and help others grow and support those that want to move up.
What makes you most happy at work?
The minute I walk into building I love the energy. Then the minute i log into Team - after that I will have many happy moments in my day and other too will have, when I'm done with impacting them ;-)
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They believe in proving exceptional service to our customers. Furthermore - from the top to the frontline staff - everyone is treated with respect. We do all we can for our employee. As leaders we set our good standards from day one. We value our employees.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Some of our employees get paid close to what supervisors make. Mind you most share close to the same years of service. Years ago, we boosted our frontline staff pay- which was a GREAT ONE - it really made a change in their lives. We stayed the same.
