there could be more coaching around communication skills and being helpful to teammates

mostly I have good flexibility during the day which leads to good work life balance

not everyone is respectful of people's time; some people think they are more important than others

when roles morph over time, allow for people to switch to a more appropriate position in line with skills and experience

re-evaluate why certain people are in certain roles - some people stay way too long in the same role; need to refresh the bench
