Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Based on data in this metro area, professionals with the amount of experience, education, and responsibilities, at my level, they are getting comped $15K-$20K more than my current compensation. Two open positions on my team were frozen indefinitely and have had to work longer hours to keep up.
