I am happy here but I think there are some things about how we work which frustrate me. I worry we will lose good people because there are not too many growth opportunities and our salaries and benefits are not so competitive

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Our benefits are pretty poor compared to many similar sized businesses. I think it would significantly offset the slightly lower salaries we offer if we could offer better benefits
