Employees are overworked with direct Managers just doing Performance reviews and ticking boxes for selves. Salaries not consistant to employee contribution to workflow and sheer effort put into each day

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Managers need to do less tick boxing for own performance and more for there department. Inform their team what they are doing on a day to day basis for the teams benefit not there own. Managers to fix problems and be accountable rather than the employees who have to fix
