My work is interesting and I enjoy my role. The people in my company are great and supportive, and management is understanding. The leadership team has high expectations of the sales team for driving new business without the underlying support from other teams such as CS and marketing.

We are a team of positive individuals working towards one common goal. Being supported by the co workers when needed, and able to have a laugh:)
What makes you most happy at work?
The work life balance. Having the flexibility to connect with colleagues 2 days in the office, and working the rest of the week from home. However this is changing with the requirement of 3 days in the office - this will have a negative impact on my mental health and my work life balance.
