The leaders and coworkers are nice and approachable. I feel there're lots of opportunity for me to take on and learn. But my current BU, the work feels more transactional, not a lot of investment in people development and career development.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The healthcare plan is so bad that I compared line by line with my spouse and decided to join his instead. No employee team culture building events every hosted, e.g., periodically team lunch, in person all hands. The promotion was postponed too.
