The team works well together to ensure that things work as efficiently as possible.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

They appear to be doing well in managing, otherwise the company would not be making improved profits each year.

What makes you most happy at work?

Besides payday and the end of each work day, dealing with those customers who appreciate the work you do - which is few and far between.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

More work is piled on each and every day while the increases are capped at an unfair percentage to other more advanced positions. Each department is only allotted so much to give per year which isn't enough to give all outstanding performers what they deserve.
