Feelings of accomplishment. Know that I helped other people out, and knowing that I was able to get my work done efficiently.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't feel undervalued, I feel like the team sees our department as a whole, but not as individuals. I wish there were more moments to address individuality.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone knows how to have fun and make each other laugh. People try to come to work and don't bring over any emotions from their home life. Everyone truly wants everyone to feel included and liked.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are transparent and communicate our goals, what we aim to achieve short and long term. I also like that they take the time to acknowledge large current events in a respectful manner that is inclusive of everyone.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone want to see you succeed. No one is going to try to tell you the wrong info or mess up your performance. They are all open to helping one another out, and if they can't, they'll let you know who can.
