The culture has improved significantly, but the politics continue to create a toxic work environment across business units. Teams are not held to the same standards when promoting talent, making it difficult to keep good employees motivated. Some leaders are not trustworthy. It could be worse.

Accomplishing things and giving back to the business. The people on my team are extraordinary and I like working with them.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My business unit coworkers are great to work with. I wouldn't say that is true when working with other business units. It is like we aren't even working toward the same goal, but against each other. It is very frustrating.
