
I have some great colleagues with whom I love to work.
Pay rises well under industry standard and the pay negotiations team had a very "put up or shut up" approach this year. Actually, their behaviour was insulting.
The team looks after each other. This is good when the approach to wellbeing and engagement from the SLT is mostly lip service or geared toward those working in a sales environment.
Communication. They gloss over failures and hope we won't notice rather than facing it head on. Comms are geared toward sales-minded people and it feels all very fake (and not very grown-up) for anyone else.
