I have been doing multiple peoples jobs and have not been recompensed accordingly. Still waiting for a promised review of pay
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
There are levels of management who seem interested in very narrow areas of the business and how they are opreceived rather than whats best for the business as a whole. This creates a toxic atmosphere sometimes with people being ignored
