Leaning and onboarding is a great experience. My manager and the deep dives she does is amazing! Helping me with roll out of my clients is also a great. Plus she has a lot of patience to listen and help me learn. Others teams help me learn as well, collaboration is great!
What makes you most happy at work?
Learning new things every day. Meeting new people to work with. Learning what is coming with LN on the roadmap, excited to see us growing!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They actually sit and listen. Do not multi-task when on a call, and look at other things. They pay attention, listen to us, and not just hear which is a difference. I appreciate they take their time to actually not do anything else but pay attention. It is great!
What are some of the best things about your team?
We collaborate, and share just not work questions, but personal things we did on the weekend, and it helps us bond closer together! They are always here to help answer sometimes what I think is a stupid question, they still guide and help me. I have only been here a little over 2 months.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
That here at LN, if there is something a client drops us that is not in the AM's control, it is excused, because it would be on LN's production team not the AM. They notice that here, other places do not, it is counted against you no matter what, even if the product sunset. Here it is not like that.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I am not afraid to speak up, and give my ideas. It is the first time I have felt that in the last 3 years at a prior company. I feel confident that my manager listens to me and she also guides me to help me grow. ELT says "take time off with your family" they want you to decompress, which is import.
