Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel our base salary is lower than what is in the industry. More of our cots for health insurance should be covered.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team genuinely cares about each other I believe the strongest reason we all work here is because of the relationships we have with our co-workers.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I may work a lot of hours, but on the days I need to take time off, I have the flexibility to do so. I don't miss out on important events with my son.
