I think the area of the company whih you wotking affects, significantly, your chances of advancement, your ability to grow and you opertunities. This is not recognised by Management and nothing is done about this. It is very easy to be pigeonholed despite past experience and denied opertunities

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
What would make me feel better about my compenation would there being more of it! Seriously, when you are getting contacted about roles whose pay is 50-100% higher than what you are on noew whats the insentive to stay?
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
COMMUNICATION!!! Seriously communication. Both within the team and with other teams and areas. People need to commuicate a lot more when what they are doing impacts others, and understand better said impacts, and if they are told things then they need to actually read/listen.
