Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Better commission structure would be good, as well as a higher basic salary that is in line with our competitors

The Commission scheme is demotivating and it seems unfair to get paid on prorata deals for the full year, only to have it claimed back at the end of the year. It would make a lot more sense to pay commission only on the prorated amount that is invoiced.
