Mostly good. I would like to see further effort to foster culture outside of the sales organisation. While salesis a key driver, as an established business with a large number of existing clients, we under-value the efforts made across the customer lifecycle to support these relationships

I'm part of an amazing team. They are all collaborative contributors with drive for excellence and a customer-focus. I value their impact and appreciate their support.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture within my immediate team is strong - however we are spread across the globe and sometimes it can feel isolating. I miss feeling physically part of the broader team
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay has not improved in the past 3 years despite highly rated performance. No benefits offered. Working additional hours to support high profile clients across region. Difficult to see clients despite client-facing (non-sales role) when sales are travelling freely and enjoying numerous benefits
