The support of Hybrid works very well. We have a good mix of coming into the office and working from home.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Now that we have visibility of pay ranges, I can see that my salary is far below the bottom of the salary range for my current position. I would feel valued if my salary was at least in the ball park of the salary range.
