Here I am given the opportunities to learn, grow, and succeed personally while also contributing to the overall goals of our team. I am expected to complete things in a reasonable time but I'm not micromanaged. The people here make things worth it when I feel stressed.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The current salary I have still doesn't keep me comfortable with the cost of the living where I am.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The transparency is good. I never feel left in the dark. The doors are usually open to speak to leadership as well.
What makes you most happy at work?
Aside for socializing with folks I like in the office or at events I am the most happy when successfully completing a project.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team is friendly and usually easy to talk to. There is a good balance between buckling down and working together and time chatting together.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is a good balance here between work and life. The company and my direct manager understand that that balance is important. I also have friends here and folks who I'm very comfortable with in and out of the work enviroment.
