when we get to serve our customers and help them accomplish the items they need to get done.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

If you truely believe people are your most valuable asset, then this needs to be backed up by tangle action to retain and attract that talent (via compensations, bonus's, create opportunities to reward those that want to do more and go above their daily job duties).

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Provide opportunities for additional bonus's or rev share opportunities for individuals/teams that directly bring in new business opportunities with actual revenue. Say if they bring in a new project for $1 million in new rev then cut them in for a 3% bonus. for opportunities above norm job
