The culture at LNRS is positive and I have friendly, professional relationships with my co-workers. My main issues are navigating the complex bureaucracy/barriers to sales, lack of clear strategy at the executive level, and that too many non-sales responsibilities being put on the sales team.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We are not paid in a way that incentivises the kinds of behavior that leadership is asking for. We are incentivized to grow existing accounts, prevent cancellations, and perform account maintenance activities to preserve the business. We do not receive a % of new business closes.
