To understand what we are doing.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Managers should be less bureaucratic and don't value the people who is very bureaucratic. Please value people based on the result. Listen to other teams' feedback please.

What makes you most happy at work?

Good team work. Everyone knows what they are doing and for what. In the team, we shouldn't make a place for the person who only thinks about how many salary he can get and how to please the boss.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

the value system is not clear. My co-worker (we have the same manager) got promoted to senior product manager and gets almost double of my salary, but he does less works than me, doesn't know how to do a good presentation, doesn't have good collaborations with other teams (based on others' feedback

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Onle one coworker has the problem. And just not me, no one wants to work with him. I don't think he can get improved. He shouldn't be a product manager who always blocks things or makes things slow down by using many political way. He might be better go to other teams focusing on process
