I have been here for many years and generally enjoy it. But, I haven't moved out of my initial position. I feel there is no concern from management as to my future - the day-to-day issues are so much more important than me that I do not get an opportunity to discuss my growth and potential.

We are committed to accomplishing team goals on time and generally are helpful to each other.
What makes you most happy at work?
I am happiest at work when I feel engaged and contributing to positive outcomes. I sometimes to frequently feel this way, though it can be better.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are committed to moving the business forward, are friendly and accepting of each other. I have never felt any sort of clique structure. People work together; renegades or those aggressively motivated for their own benefit tend to not fit in and succeed here.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have been in my initial position for many years with little to no discussion of promotion although I've raised the issue, have grown my skills and accept new responsibilities. My bonus plan was eliminated; I thought this was company-wide but co-workers got plan statements.
