It's the most employee-centric company I have ever worked for and so that is fantastic. However, I'm concerned about the future because there is significant bureaucracy getting in the way of our advancement and I'm very concerned about that.

love working with my team and a few of the solutions are industry leading - but that could be changing :-(
What are some of the best things about your team?
we are all committed to the same goal and want to see our company succeed - and we're all on the same page about the things holding us back - very in sync.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
it has to do with commission rates - if we sign a multiple year deal - we're not compensated in the same way after the first year - we take massive hit - which is ridiculous - we sign a multiple year we should see the fruit of that sales for the life of the agreement.
